dc.description.abstractتناولت الد ا رسة موضوع الإدارة الخض ا رء للموارد البشرية وأثرها على الأداء الوظيفي في المؤسسة الوطنية لنفخ وحقن البلاستيك بسطيف ، وقد تم تقسيمها إلى فصلين نظري وفصل تطبيقي ، ثم تم الإعتماد على الإستبيان كأداة لجمع المعلومات ، و خلصت الد ا رسة إلى عدة نتائج من أهمها أنه يوجد تأثير ذة دلالة إحصائية بين إدارة الموارد البشرية الخض ا رء )التوظيف الأخضر ، التدريب والتطوير الأخضر ، تقييم الأداء الأخضر ، التعويضات والمكافئات الخض ا رء ،حفظ الطاقة ( والأداء الوظيفي في المؤسسة الوطنية لنفخ وحقن البلاستيك بسيطف ، كما قدمت هذه الد ا رسة جملة من التوصيات والمقترحات المتعلقة بالموضوع . The study dealt with the subject of green management of human resources and its impact on the performance of the job in the National Foundation for inflating and injecting plastic Bestif, has been divided into two theoretical chapters and an applied chapter, then the questionnaire was adopted as a tool for collecting information, the study concluded several results, the most important of which is that there is a statistically significant impact between the management of green human resources (green employment, green training and development, green performance evaluation, green compensation and rewards, energy conservation) and the job performance in the National Foundation for Plastics Injection and Injection. the study also made a number of recommendations and proposals on the subject.
