| dc.description.abstract | تتناول هذه الدراسة التجربة التشريعية الجزائرية في تحديث وعصرنة المرفق المصرفي من أجل مواكبة التطور في تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصال للتوجه بالمرفق المصرفي نحو الصيرفة الالكترونية باعتبارها الصورة الناتجة عن التزاوج بين العمل المصرفي وتكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصال. حيث تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى الوقوف على الجهود التي قامت بها الدولة الجزائرية في هذا المجال، ومدى فعاليتها في إرساء قواعد نظام مصرفي الكتروني آمن ومتوازن. الكلمات المفتاحية: المرفق المصرفي، تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصال، التكنولوجيا في المجال المصرفي، الصيرفة الالكترونية، المرفق المصرفي في الجزائر. Summary: This study deals with the Algerian legislative experience in modernizing and modernizing the banking facility in order to keep abreast with the development of information and communication technology to orient the banking facility towards electronic banking as the image resulting from the mating between banking and information and communication technology. This study aims to identify the efforts exerted by the Algerian state in this field and its effectiveness in establishing the rules of a safe and balanced electronic banking system.
