Abstract
شهدت مدينة برج بوعريريج خلال السنوات الأخيرة توسعًا عمرانيًا كبيرا أدى الى تنامي رقعة المدينة والذي نتج عن النمو السكاني المتسارع والنزوح من الأرياف، مما أدى إلى مشكلات متعددة تمثلت في ضعف التهيئة، نقص التجهيزات، اختلال في توزيع السكان، وغياب التكامل بين مكونات النسيج العمراني، وقد اعتمدت الدراسة على منهج تحليلي وصفي ، شمل المعاينة الميدانية لمخطط شغل الأرض SUF R02 (مجال الدراسة) وتحليل وثائق التعمير الرسمية مثل المخطط التوجيهي للتهيئة والتعمير PDAUومخطط شغل الأرض POS. كما تم توظيف معايير عمرانية وتقنية حديثة لضمان تكامل التجهيزات، وتحقيق جودة الحياة في البيئة الحضرية المقترحة، وقد خلصت الدراسة إلى اقتراح تصور عمراني متكامل لإعادة تهيئة مخطط شغل الأرض SUF R02، بما يحقق اندماجه الفعال ضمن النسيج الحضري لمدينة برج بوعريريج. وتسعى الدراسة إلى تقديم حلول تضمن توسعًا حضريًا مستدامًا ومندمجًا من خلال إعادة تنظيم وتخطيط المنطقة بطريقة تستجيب لحاجيات السكان، وتراعي الخصوصيات الطبيعية والعمرانية والاجتماعية للموقع.
In recent years, the city of Bordj BouArreridj has witnessed a significant urban expansion that led to the growth of the city, which resulted from rapid population growth and displacement from the countryside, which led to multiple problems represented in poor preparation, lack of equipment, imbalance in the distribution of the population, and the absence of integration between the components of the urban fabric, the study relied on a descriptive analytical approach, including a field inspection of the land occupation plan SUF R02 (field of study) Analysis of official construction documents such as the Planning and Reconstruction Directive Plan (PDAU) and the Land Occupancy Plan (POS). Modern urban and technical standards were also employed to ensure the integration of equipment and achieve quality of life in the proposed urban environment, and the study concluded with aproposal for an integrated urban vision to rehabilitate the land occupation plan SUF R02, in order to achieve its effective integration into the urban fabric of the city of Bordj BouArreridj. The study seeks to provide solutions that ensure sustainable and integrated urban expansion. By reorganizing and planning the area in a way that responds to the needs of the residents, and takes into account the natural, urban and social specificities of the site.
