dc.description.abstractشكّل موضوع تعلّم اللّغات وتعليمها مجالا بحثيا هاما أفرز فيه العلماء والباحثين أبحاثهم العلمية، وعلى غرار لغات العالم ظل الاهتمام بتعلم اللغة العربية وتعليمها بالغ الأهمية خاصّة وأنها لغة القرآن الكريم، وأن تعلم هذا الدّين لا يتم إلا بها. لذلك ظلّت الأمم الاسلامية دائبة منذ القدم على تعليمها ونشرها للبشر كافة على اختلاف أجناسهم ولغاتهم، فاللغة العربية ليست خاصة بالعرب وحدهم وإنما هي لغة عالمية. ونظرا للتطورات الحاصلة في مجال المعلوماتية والرقمية أتاحت هذه الفرصة فرصة تعليم اللغة العربية عبر الأوساط المحوسبة نظرا لمؤثرات الترغيب والتأثير التي تمنحها الحاسوبيات والمعلوميات لتعليم اللغات وتعلمها، ونهدف من خلال هذا البحث إلى: تمكين الراغبين الناطقين بلغات أخرى من تعلّم القرآن الكريم، وتسهيل عملية تعلم اللغة العربية للناطقين بغيرها عن طريق معجم حاسوبي لألفاظ القرآن الكريم. Abstract: The topic of language learning and teaching was an important research field in which scholars and researchers sorted out their scientific research. Like the languages of the world, interest in learning and teaching Arabic language remained extremely important, especially as it is the language of the Holy Qur’an, and to learn this is done only by it. That is why the Islamic nations have been persistent since ancient times to teach and spread them to all people, regardless of their races and languages. The Arabic language is not specific to Arabs alone, but it is a global language. Given the developments taking place in the field of informatics and digital, this opportunity provided an opportunity to teach Arabic through computerized circles due to the effects of motivation and influence granted by computers and informatics to teach and learn languages, and we aim through this research to: enable those wishing to speak other languages to learn the Holy Quran, and facilitate the process of language learning Arabic for speakers of other languages through a computer dictionary of the words of the Noble Qur’an.en_US
