Abstract

Organizational culture plays a crucial role in adopting and promoting business ethics within an organization. Organizational culture is the general framework that guides employee behavior and defines acceptable work standards. This study aimed to highlight the role of organizational culture in adopting work ethics in the organization, given the great importance of organizational culture in achieving the organization’s goals and achieving and adopting the necessary work ethics. The study was conducted at the Faculty of Economic, Commercial and Management Sciences at Mohamed Boudiaf University in M’sila. A questionnaire form was distributed to 67 employees, and the respondents’ answers were analyzed using the SPSS program. The study concluded that there is a positive role for organizational culture in adopting work ethics in the organization at the Faculty of Economic, Commercial and Management Sciences at the University of Mohamed Boudiaf in M’sila.
