Abstract
The world is witnessing economic changes, many changes and
accelerated, most notably the opening of markets, which leads to a clash of
interests of the institutions in the nail market share to enable them to continue,
growth, survival.
In this center-competitive, the Foundation of Economic binding on the
under standing and knowledge of competition prevailing in the market, and
will not be possible to do so only by pursuing a quality system is built on the
