| dc.description.abstract | تعالج المذكرة موضوع التحسين الحضري لمخطط شغل الأرض رقم 5 بمدينة المسيلة، باعتباره أحد أهم أحياء التوسع الحضري في الشمال الغربي للمدينة. يعاني هذا الحي من عدة اختلالات عمرانية ومشاكل تتعلق بسوء توزيع واستغلال الفضاءات، إضافة إلى خطر الفيضان الناتج عن وجود وادي بيرتم. وتهدف الدراسة إلى تقديم نموذج لتحسين الفضاء الحضري، يشمل الإطار المبني وغير المبني، مع التركيز على الحلول الوقائية والتهيئة العمرانية المستدامة. اعتمدت الدراسة على تحليل ميداني ومعطيات تقنية لتحديد النقائص واقتراح تدخلات على مختلف المستويات (اجتماعي، بيئي، عمراني). | |
| dc.description.abstract | Ce mémoire traite de l’amélioration urbaine du Plan d’Occupation des Sols (POS) n°5 dans la ville de M’sila, situé au nord-ouest, dans une zone d’extension urbaine récente. Le quartier souffre de déséquilibres urbanistiques, d’un mauvais usage des espaces et d’un risque d’inondation majeur dû à la présence de l’oued Birtam. L’étude vise à proposer un modèle d’intervention urbaine intégrée, tenant compte du cadre bâti et non bâti, dans une approche préventive et durable. Une analyse sur le terrain et une lecture critique de la situation ont permis de proposer des solutions concrètes à travers une programmation urbaine adaptée. | |
| dc.description.abstract | This thesis focuses on the urban improvement of Land Use Plan No. 5 in the city of M’sila, located in the city’s northwest urban expansion zone. The area suffers from urban imbalances, misused public spaces, and a high risk of flooding due to the presence of the Birtam wadi. The objective of the study is to develop an urban regeneration model considering both built and non-built environments, using preventive and sustainable planning strategies. Through field surveys and analytical research, the study proposes appropriate interventions addressing social, spatial, and environmental challenges. | |
