    الوقاية من الفساد

    الفساد ظاهرة اجتماعية تتعدد أسبابها وتتنوع بين أسباب حضرية وهيكلية وسياسية واجتماعية وثقافية وأسباب أخرى، من اجل ذلك تتعدد مداخل تفسيرها، وتتفرع أنواع الممارسات الفاسدة باختلاف المجال الممارس فيه، ومقياس الوقاية من الفساد الموجه لطلبة السنة الأولى علم اجتماع جريمة وانحراف يركز الدراسة والبحث على الفساد الإداري والمالي بأطره النظرية وأديباته العلمية بكل ابعادها، لأثره المباشر على حياة المواطنين ومصير المجتمع، الامر الذي يجعل الوقاية منه ومكافحته مطلبا مجتمعيامحليا ودوليّاعالميا، لما يترتب عنه من آثار اجتماعية واقتصادية وسياسية، وامنية وثقافية، تتجاوز سلبياتها الحدود الجغرافية والهويات الاجتماعية، على الرغم من وجود هيئات محلية ودولية تتعاون محليا ودوليا في إطار الاتفاقيات والقوانين المحلية والدولية-هدفهاالسهر على تحقيق هذا المسعى-الا ان الوقاية من الفساد تبقى مسؤولية الجميع بإيجاد الوعي الفعّال، الذي يغرس الثقة في الأنظمة والأجهزة الإدارية والمالية ويحدد مسؤوليات الموظف العام بما يؤكد قيم النزاهة والشفافية، وينشر ثقافة نبذ الفساد والمساعدة على كشفه، وهو ما يعزز الحكم الراشد الذي يرشّد استعمال السلطة العامة كما الوظيفة العامة بما يخدم المصلحة العامة للمجتمعات البشرية. الكلماتالمفتاحية: الفساد،الفساد الإداري، الفساد المالي، أسباب الفساد، أنواع الفساد،الوقاية، هيئات الوقاية من الفساد، الاتفاقيات الدولية. Abstract: Corruption is a social phenomenon with multiple causes that vary between urban, structural, political, social, cultural and other causes. Therefore, the approaches to its interpretation are multiple, and the types of corrupt practices branch out according to the field in which they are practiced. The corruption prevention scaledirectedat first-yearstudents of sociology, crime and deviance, focuses the study and research on administrative and Financial corruption with its theoretical frameworks and scientific literature in all its dimensions, due to its direct impact on the lives of Citizen and the fate of society, which makes preventing and combating it a local, international and global societal requirement, due to the resulting social, economic, political, security and cultural effects. The negatives of which go beyond geographical borders and social identities. Despite the existence of local and international bodies that cooperate locally and internationally within the framework of local and international agreements and laws - their goal is to ensure the achievement of this endeavor - the prevention of corruption remains everyone's responsibility by creating effective awareness, which instills confidence in administrative and financial systems and agencies and defines the responsibilities of the public employee in a way that confirms the values of integrity and transparency, and spreads the culture ofrejecting corruption and helping to uncover it, which enhances good governance that rationalizes the use of public authority and public office in a way that serves the public interest of human societies.     إنّ مطبوعة الدروس في اللغة الانجليزية التي وجِّهت لطلبة السنة أولى ماستر علم اجتماع التربية، جاءت وفق مقررات الوزارة التي تشجِّع على تعلّم وتوظيف والاستفادة من استخدام اللغة الإنجليزية في مختلف المجالات البحثية في العلوم الاجتماعية والإنسانية، فكان هذا العمل المُتّبِع للأدبيات النظرية في اللغة الإنجليزية ، وكذلك تخصص علم اجتماع التربية، محاولةً لاقتراح نموذج لتدريس المقياس ضمن هذا التخصص، يجمع بين استخدام مصطلحات التخصص والمساعدة على بناء تواصلٍ ضمن لغةٍ انجليزية تحمل صبغة علم اجتماع التربية انطلاقا من انتقاء بعض النصوص المختارة كنماذج، واقتراح بعض الأنشطة التدريبية التي تُعزِّز المكتسبات اللغوية في المجال. الكلمات المفتاحية: علم اجتماع التربية، فلسفة التربية، التعلّم، نصوص مختارة، الأنشطة التدريبية. Abstract : The publication of English Language Lessons, aimed at first-year students of the Master's Degree in Sociology of Education, has occurred in accordance with the decisions of the Ministry that encourage the learning, employment and benefit of the use of the English language in various research areas of the social sciences and humanities. This work; has followed the theoretical literature in the English language, as well as the specialty in sociology of education, with the aim of proposing a model for teaching this language of sociology of education. It combines the use of specialized terminology and helps in the construction of a communication within an English language that bears the character of sociology of education, based on the selection of some texts chosen as models;and on the proposal of some training activities that value linguistic acquisitions in the field.
