    تجمع هذه الصفحات صورة موجزة على النظام القضائي الإسلامي، بداية من التعاريف الأولية التي اصطلح عليها فقهاء القضاء، إلى تجلية كل ما هو مقرر من المسائل والقضايا الفقهية في فقه القضاء الإسلامي، وعرفنا من خلالها ما يبنى عليه من الدقة والإحكام، وما حواه من جليل القضايا التي يسمو بها الفقه كعلم وتنتظم به دنيا الناس كواقع معاش، إذ القضاء الإسلامي يهتم بالحال والمآل، حيث يراعى في اختيار القائمينعلى شأنه شروطا للتولية، ويزيد وضوحا واعتدالا ببيان حدود العمل والتقليد عمومه وخصوصه، ويرفع من شأن المباشرين له والمنفذين لأحكامه فيمنحهم حصانة واستقلالية تامة، بها تتحقق مقاصد القضاء في دنيا الناس، وينتظم حال المجتمع عزيزا بعدالة القضاء وإنصاف قضاته، وقد حكمت هذه الشريعة في زمن مضى فكانت أزهى العصور وأعلاها نظاما ورتابة، مما جعلها الفترة المثالية والمرحلة القدوة في تاريخ الأمة الإسلامية وربما للبشرية جمعاء. الكلمات المفتاحية: القضاء، العدالة، الفقه الإسلامي، مقاصد القضاء، القاضي. The summary: These pages provide a brief overview of the Islamic judicial system, Starting with the initial definitions agreed upon by jurists,To clarify all the legal issues and matters that are decided in Islamic jurisprudence,Through it, we learned what it is based on in terms of accuracy and precision,And what it contains of the great issues that elevate jurisprudence as a science and regulate people’s world as a lived reality,Islamic judiciary is concerned with the situation and outcome, and the conditions for appointment are taken into consideration when selecting those in charge of it,It increases clarity and moderation by clarifying the limits of work and imitation, both in general and in particular,It raises the status of those who exercise it and implement its rulings, granting them complete immunity andindependence,Through it, the objectives of justice are achieved in the world of people,The society is regulated and respected by the justice of the judiciary and the fairness of its judges,This Sharia was in effect in the past, and it was the most prosperous and most orderly of ages,Which made it the ideal period and the exemplary stage in the history of the Islamic nation and perhaps for all of humanity.
