    Developing EFL Learners’ speaking skill using ICTs (YouTube Videos) A Case of Third Year Students at M’sila University

    Abstract The main aim of this research study is introduce one of the World Wide Web ' most important sites which is YouTube and show its role in enhancing speaking skill of EFL learners. This research aims at highlighting the main role that YouTube videos play in increasing learners speaking skill in EFL classes. Firstly we give a general overview on ICT (YouTube videos) and speaking skill .we provide a theoretical description of YouTube videos and its role in enhancing EFL learners speaking skill . Research instruments used in this study were two questionnaires that were answered by third year students (40) and 10 teachers of oral expression in the Department of English at Mohamed Boudiaf university at M'sila .The practical part of the study offers an analysis of data gained from the questionnaires and discussion of the results, the results have shown that using YouTube videos is a good method for developing students speaking capacities .
