At the global level and in order to avoid the potential needs and challenges that could jeopardize market position banks need to ensure that they have a comprehensive implementation approach in place. Banks also need to consider how Basel II’s challenges and opportunities, could affect their business and their customer relationship over time, This study found its place between many questions about how far banks in Jordan apply Basel II’s principles after using ANOVA, T- test and F- test, it has been found that all banks in Jordan highly apply the principles of Basel II. Also it has been found no significant differences between national Arabic or international banks at Jordan in applying those principles

Paru dans l'ère moderne un nouveau concept appelé « le développement humain » et qui a intéressé les différents pays et organisations, en particulier l'Organisation des Nations Unies pour le développement, en plus de la notion de développement humain durable. Ce concept est mesuré par plusieurs indicateurs qui classent les pays selon leur niveau de développement. Ces indicateurs ont été l’objet des diverses critiques en raison de certaines insuffisances et lacunes. L’Algérie est l’une des États qui ont accordé une attention considérable au développement de l'homme depuis l'indépendance. Malgré ces efforts réalisés dans ce domaine, ils restent plusieurs défis pour élever les niveaux de développement humain pour faire face aux exigences de la mondialisation.

Aménagement du territoire et développement durable en Algérie

Le développement durable est intégré à la politique d’aménagement du territoire qui vise à rééquilibrer le développement des villes et des zones rurales en renforçant les communautés territoriales façonnées par la géographie, l’histoire ou l’économie. Aménagement du territoire et environnement ne sont plus opposés, et les questions environnementales restent des éléments majeurs dans les décisions d’aménagement du territoire, au même titre que les préoccupations économiques. Aujourd’hui le développement des territoires, voire leur survie, dépend largement de leur capacité à s’adapter et à innover dans un contexte globalisé, où l’économie nationale sera soumise à une concurrence qui nécessite une mise à niveau des services de communication, de soutien des villes et territoires, ainsi que la mise à niveau des entreprises.

Many companies have made a lot of efforts to achieve a reasonable degree of organization and thus improve the quality of what it presents as products and services through the application of ISO 9000 standard. The application of an administrative decision to bring the system requires the development of the company's activity, strategy, staff and, above all, its customers in mind. The research was conducted through questionnaires prepared by the 8 questions were raised about the impact of the ISO 9000 on customer satisfaction and in which the institutions Raft, a holder of certificate ISO 9000 standard of quality. The search is a very useful source for managers and researchers in the areas of quality systems and customer satisfaction to develop solutions and information.

Le sponsoring sportif est un mode de communication publicitaire qui se rapporte à un soutien matériel apporté à une manifestation pour en tirer un bénéfice grâce à la mise en valeur de la marque. Il consiste pour l’entreprise à acheter un espace ou à participer activement à un événement sportif. Les objectifs sont donc variés à savoir : accroître la notoriété, améliorer l’image de marque, stimuler les ventes, élargir la clientèle, viser une cible bien précise… Selon quel critère choisit-on une activité sportive à parrainer ? Plusieurs critères peuvent faire l’objet de ce choix du moment que le sport possède en lui-même plusieurs atouts tels que les temples, la couverture médiatique et les connotations d’images qu’il est apte à véhiculer. Quels seraient les professionnels du sponsoring sportif ? Ce sont généralement des prestataires pour la gestion des opérations de parrainage ; on en cite : les agences spécialisées en conception graphique, les organisateurs ou régisseurs d’événements, les agences de relations publiques et les sociétés d’études.

La dynamique générée par la concurrence dans le milieu des entreprises les amènent à lancer de nouveaux produits. Il s’agit de renforcer le processus d’innovation pour suivre l’évolution sociale et technologique. En outre, les entreprises devraient innover en matière de gestion et de management et créer de nouveaux outils de gestion appelés : les innovations managériales. Parmi ces innovations qui font l’actualité : les indicateurs de performance. Dès lors, nous traitons dans ce papier la théorie de la diffusion des innovations, les déterminants de l’indicateur de performance comme étant une innovation, et nous révélons enfin les modèles théoriques qui expliquent le processus de l’émergence des indicateurs de performance.

صار جليا الآن أن الاقتصاد الجزائري لم يأت بما كان منتظرا منه، فرغم كون عائدات النفط ساهمت في توليد جهود استثمارية كبيرة، إلا أن الاقتصاد لم يسفر عن الزيادات الإنتاجية الحقيقة المتوقعة. يرجع هذا الأداء الاقتصادي غير المرضي أساسا إلى عدم كفاءة الشركات المملوكة للدولة، وعدم ملاءمة مناخ الأنظمة لقطاع الأعمال واقتصاد السوق، وعدم وجود الحماس من الحيوية اللازمة لإصلاح القطاع المالي.

The aim of this article is to ensure that competitive capacity and productivity are intimately related and the low productivity level that characterized the Algerian industrial sector since the independence is being, in fact, the prime source of worsening industrial products competitiveness locally as well as internationally which is clear in many indicators. This situation, in our opinion, imposes the necessity of breaking this vicious circle which encloses the industrial sector, by improving its productivity in order to get a better competitive position.

It also aims to assess the importance of the Arab free trade zone in the process of Arab economic integration, and to assess the impact of the Arab free trade zone in the inter-Arab trade.

Despite the decreasing role of the public sector in the last decades in the economic development, and the concentration of its efforts towards the social aspects, it still has a large strategic investment projects in both the developed and developing countries. Through this paper we aim to give explanation to the determinants of public investment, which enables to understand more about the developing role of public projects in the different economic systems. Furthermore, and through this paper we will give insights on the behaviour of the Algerian Public Enterprises and the determinants of their projects since the beginning of the economic reforms in order to better apprehend the future of this sector.

الشروط الجديدة لإعادة تقييم الأصول الثابتة - مراجعة أولية

The present paper aims at investigating the new Algerian measures of the fixed assets revaluation through an analytical and critical revision of the revaluation conditions prescribed by the executive decree N° 07/210, in light of The international accounting standards and the previous revaluations. The results reveal that there is a nonconsistency of some conditions of the new revaluation with those required by the international accounting standards such as the detailed measures of the accounting for revaluation like the recognition of the accumulated depreciation and the net revaluation increment or decrement. The results also indicate that there are some limits facing the new revaluation application, the most important of them the absence of certain details of the accounting and fiscal treatment of this operation without an accompanied application texts the augmentation of its application cost and the restriction of the allotted time limit. A number of recommendations had been reached based on the study results. KEYWORDS: revaluation, fixed
