Public management is a new mechanism for improving the quality and effectiveness of administrations, taking into account the challenges and issues facing public administration, whose role has become focused on carrying out tasks and functions with the highest degree of efficiency and quality. It appears that the reality of Algeria today is striving to keep pace with modern developments, as all sectors have become closely linked to modern technology. The Algerian government has issued several laws in this regard, introduced several changes in its administrations, and adopted several strategies, such as developing its legal system, strengthening its administrative governance, and developing Its human resources, as well as the introduction of administrative engineering and the use of digitalization and advanced technology, are all aimed at advancing public administration and improving its level to keep pace with modernization, despite the difficulties and obstacles it has faced and continues to face.
