The effectiveness of a proposed motor program to raise the level of social responsibility during physical education and sport séances. (study of middle-grade students)

The main objective of this study is to investigate the effect of a proposed motor program on raising the level of social responsibility by applying it to a sample of 38 students of middle school who suffer from the problem of fear of social responsibility, where the researcher used the experimental method in this study by selecting an experimental group and a control group and the achievement of a proposed motor program for the purpose of raising the level of social responsibility among students of the middle school ,the statistical treatment showed that there are statistically significant differences between pre and post test This proves the impact of the proposed motor program in raising the level of social responsibility among the pupils of middle school .

The Impact of Teaching with cooperative learning method on First Year Secondary School Pupils’ Performance with their Different Achievement Levels Concerning Volleyball Activity.

The objective of this study was to identify the impact of cooperative learning on the level of performance of students in the first year of secondary education at various ability levels (high, medium, low) of volleyball. The researcher used the pre-post test approach on a sample of 24 randomly selected students from the first year of As'ad Bu'ali High School in Bordj Bou Arreridj. The researcher divided the pupils into 4 cooperative groups by 6 pupils in each heterogeneous cooperative group. High level, middle level students and low level students . The group has completed an 8-week volunteer cooperative learning program at one session per week. The researcher used an observation grid to measure the level of student achievement. The researcher concluded that the cooperative approach has a positive impact on student performance regardless of their level of mastery. The researcher recommended to organize advanced courses on cooperative learning techniques for physical education teachers to improve the level of performance within schools.

Measuring the Quality of Service of Nadjem magra football Club in M'sila using SERVSPORT

In this research, We have used the ServeSport to measure the quality of service at the Nadjem Magra Football Club. Depending on the descriptive and analytical approach to his relevance to the nature of the research. There are a lot of international standards that measure the quality of service in various fields, among them is the ServeSport scale, which measures the quality of service in sports. In this research, the study community are the players , coaches and managers Nadjem Magra Football Club in M'sila. A comprehensive inventory sample was adopted to target as many individuals as possible. We have used the ServeSport dimensions questionnaire as a data collection tool. The second part of the questionnaire is answered using the five-degree Likert scale. Respondents were asked to give a grade on whether or not they agreed with each of the terms. The most important results are: -The Nadjem Magra football Club has significant indicators of the quality of service provided in relation to the facilities, safety and reliability, financial aspects, response and empathy. - Nadjem Magra Football Club has no significant indicators of the quality of service provided in relation to the physical aspects.

The research tackled the contribution of the purposes of organizing and , recruitment as basic to manage the Human Resources for the promotion and development of the sport practice in the Algerian civil protection sector. The researcher considers these purposes raise the level of the latter , which is reflected in the improvement of the performance of employees to serve the public better. In which he highlighted the duties mentioned above and proposed future solutions to better management of human resources in a scientific manner and from which to produce important results that would promote and develop the level of sports practice. The role of school sport in realizing the social peace of middle school pupils

the study aimed at knowing the role of school sports in achieving the social peace according to pupils. It aimed also at knowing the social sports role in achieving the social peace from the teachers, the supervisors and the parents’ point of view. The researcher used the descriptive method which fits the nature of the study through using the questionnaire as a data gathering tool this later which was distributed on a sample of tree categories that are: pupils, teachers and supervisors and parents. It was composed of 100 pupils (males and females), 15 teachers and supervisors, and 15 parents. After applying the study’ tool, it shows the following: _ practicing schools sports activities is a tool to achieve school peace. _ practicing the school sports activities inside the educational institutions is a way of achieving social peace and stability. _ practicing school sports activities is a means of adjusting the pupils’ behavior in parallel with social needs. _ the sports competitions inside the schools and the educational institutions is a means of enhancing peace between the schools ‘pupils.

اتجاهات الصحفيين الجزائريين نحو الخبر والتقرير الصحفي في الإعلام الرياض ي التلفزيوني دراسة ميدانية على عينة من الصحفيين الرياضيين الجزائريين-

نهدف من هذا البحث إلى معرفة اتجاهات الصحفيين الرياضيين الذين يعملون بالإعلام الرياض ي التلفزيوني الجزائري، نحو الأنواع الصحفية المتمثلة في الخبر والتقرير الصحفي، حيث تمت الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي بأسلوب تحليلي، على عينة بلغت 51 صحفي يعملون بالقنوات التلفزيونية العمومية والخاصة في المجال الرياض ي، من مجتمع بلغ عدد مفرداته 88 صحفي، تم اختيارهم بطريقة عشوائية، باستخدام الاستبيان كأداة لجمع البيانات، حيث توصلنا إلى مجموعة النتائج لعل أهمها مايلي: الخبر هو النوع الصحفي الأكثر استخداما من طرف الصحفيين الرياضيين الجزائريين في الإعلام الرياض ي - التلفزيوني، كما أنهم يفضل ون استخدام الأخبار المحلية والدولية معا، بسيطة ومركبة معا، بطريقة الهرم المعتدل والمقلوب، كما أن جلهم يفضلون التغطية الإخبارية كمصادر للخبر، ويفضلون استخدام التقارير الإخبارية، نظرا لكثرة الأحداث الرياضية ومعرفة التفاصيل أكثر عنها، وكذا من أجل مساعدة الجمه ور على معرفة الأسباب والاقتراب من الحقائق

ادارة الجودة الشاملة في المؤسسات الرياضية

الملخص : بالعربية : تشمل المطبوعة على عدة محاور، يتطرق بعض منها إلى المفاهيم الأساسية للجودة وإدارتها، من خلال تعريف الجودة وتحديد مختلف أبعادها ومحدداتها، والتعرف على مداخلها، ثم إستعراض مختلف مراحل تطور الجودة وأسباب الإهتمام بها، كما يتم عرض بعض رواد الجودة، و يعالج محور اخر من المطبوعة مفهوم إدارة الجودة الشاملة، والتفرقة بين مصطلح إدارة الجودة كوظيفة في المنظمة أو كوحدة إدارية، ويبين هذه المحور إدارة الجودة الشاملة كنظام إداري شامل ومفتوح، وتم تحديد مداخل إدارة الجودة الشاملة، أهميتها، أهدافها، عناصرها، كما يتم إبراز مبادئ وعناصر ومراحل تطبيق إدارة الجودة الشاملة في المؤسسات الرياضية ، مع الإشارة إلى تنظيم إدارة الجودة الشاملة في المنظمات، إستهدف محور اخر تسليط الضوء على المواصفة العالمية الإيزو 9000، تعريفها، تطورها، وكيفية الحصول على الشهادة، وكذلك تم التطرق إلى العديد من أنظمة الإيزو والأكثر إنتشارا عالميا. Searchlight in English The publication includes several axes, some of which address the basic concepts of quality and its management, by defining quality and identifying its various dimensions and determinants, and identifying its approaches, then reviewing the various stages of quality development and the reasons for interest in it, as well as presenting some quality pioneers. Another axis of the publication addresses the concept of total quality management, and the distinction between the term quality management as a function in the organization or as an administrative unit. This axis shows total quality management as a comprehensive and open administrative system, and the approaches to total quality management, its importance, objectives, and elements were identified. The principles, elements, and stages of applying total quality management in sports institutions are also highlighted, with reference to organizing total quality management in organizations. Another axis aims to shed light on the international standard ISO 9000, its definition, development, and how to obtain the certificate, as well as addressing many of the most widespread ISO systems globally.

استخدام عناصر الإدارة الالكترونية ومساهمتها في زيادة فعالية الأداء الوظيفي بالمؤسسات الرياضية

يهدف هذا البحث الى معرفة مدى مساهمة عناصر الإدارة الالكترونية في زيادة فاعلية الأداء الوظيفي بالمؤسسات الرياضية بالجزائر، فالنمو الكبير والسريع للتكنولوجيا الحديثة من أهم التحديات التي تواجهها المؤسسات الرياضية من خلال تجنيد مواردها وتحديثها، وأداء العاملين في المؤسسات الرياضية يتأثر هو الأخر بصورة أو بأخرى بهذه العوامل، ونظراً لأن المستجدات والتطور السريع في تقنيات المعلومات والاتصالات من العناصر الأساسية التي يتأثر بها التنظيم الإداري بما ينعكس على مستوى الأداء، وفي دراستنا هذه تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي على عينة قدرها 37 موظفا من مديرية الشباب والرياضة لولايتي المسيلة وبرج بوعريريج، و استخدمنا الاستبيان كاداة لجمع المعلومات، وقد اشارت اهم نتائج الدراسة الى ان الادارة الالكترونية تساهم بشكل كبير في زيادة فعالية الأداء الوظيفي بالمؤسسات الرياضية ، ومن اهم المقترحات ضرورة الاستثمار اكثر في احدث التكنولوجيا والخاصة بتسيير الموارد البشرية لارتقاء المؤسسة والمورد البشري في أن واحد

اسهامات النشاطات البدنية و الرياضية في تفعيل قيم المواطنة لدى طلبة قسم الإعلام و الإتصال الرياضي.

هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى استكشاف اسهامات النشاطات البدنية و الرياضية في تفعيل و ترسيخ قيم المواطنة لدى طلبة قسم الإعلام و الإتصال الرياضي بجامعة المسيلة، و استخدم المنهج الوصفي. و قد اشتملت عينة الدراسة على جميع أفراد المجتمع 34 طالب، إختيروا بطريقة قصدية من المجتمع الدراسة أي بنسبة 100% ، و تم الإعتماد على أداة الاستبيان من تصميم الباحث، و تمت معالجتها باستخدام برنامج نظام الحزمة الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية (SPSS.22). و أسفرت الدراسة على النتائج التالية: 1- للنشاطات البدنية و الرياضية اسهام في تنمية روح الانتماء للوطن لدى أفراد عينة البحث. 2- للنشاطات البدنية و الرياضية اسهام في تعديل السلوك لدى أفراد عينة البحث. 3- للنشاطات البدنية و الرياضية اسهام في تنمية المشاركة المجتمعية لدى أفراد عينة البحث.

الإصابات الرياضية والاسعافات الأولية

رغم التقدم العلمي الحاصل في وقتنا الراهن والذي سمح بإيجاد وسائل تقنية جد متطورة تسمح بالتشخيص الدقيق للإصابات الرياضية ناهيك عن تطور وسائل العلاج والتأهيل، إلا أن موضوع الإصابات الرياضية كان وما يزال يعد من العقبات التي يمكن أن يواجهها الرياضي . وفي حقيقة الأمر لم يقتصر مشكل الإصابات الرياضية على المستويات النخبوية رفيعة الأداء التي يحتدم فيها التنافس ويتعاظم فيها معنى الفوز، بل لقد امتد أيضا ليشمل الأنشطة البدنية الرياضية المدرسية بل لا نبالغ إن قلنا أنه يواجه حتى الشخص العادي الذي يريد أن يقوم في أوقات فراغه بأنشطة بدنية رياضية لغرض ترويحي . إنه لمن الضروري التعريج على هذا الموضوع ولو بصفة مختصرة وذلك لغرض التوعية بمخاطر الإصابات الرياضية ومعرفة الأسباب المؤدية إليها وإبراز طرق الوقاية منها Search light in English Despite the scientific progress that has taken place at present , which has allowed for the development of highly advanced technical means that enable the accurate diagnosis of sports injuries, not to mention the development of treatment and rehabilitation methods, but the subject of sports injuries has been considered one of the obstacles that athletes can face. In fact, the problem of sports injuries is not limited to the elite, high-performance levels where competition is fierce and the meaning of victory is magnified. Rather, it has also extended to include school physical sports activities. Indeed, it is no exaggeration to say that it even faces the ordinary person who wants to engage in physical sports activities in his spare time for recreational purposes. It is necessary to study this topic, even if briefly, in order to raise awareness of the dangers of sports injuries, to know the causes, and highlight ways to prevent them.

تهدف الدراسة الحالية إلى محاولة إبراز أهمية الجانب العقلي )الذهني( ( للاعب المحترف في كرة القدم ، كما هدفت إلى التعرف على أهمية الإعداد العقلي )الذهني( للاعب المحترف في كرة القدم، وكانت تهدف أيضا إلى محاولة الكشف عن الدور المهم والفعال الذي يلعبه الأخصائي النفس ي الرياض ي في حياة لاعب كرة القدم المحترف، وللتحقق من فرضيات الدراسة اعتمدنا المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وقد استخدمنا لجمع البيانات من عينة الدراسة أداة الاستبيان، الذي طبق على عينة قدرها ) 8 1( مدربا ولقد تم اختيارهم بطريقة عشوائية، وبعد الحصول على البيانات الكمية تم تحليلها إحصائيا، حيث استخدم الباحث النسب المئوية واختبار كاي تربيع، وبعد معالجة البيانات إحصائيا توصلنا إلى النتائج التالية: أن الإعداد العقلي)الذهني( للاعب المحترف هو أحد المتطلبات الأساسية لنجاح الاحتراف في كرة القدم الجزائرية.

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز أهمية دور التخطيط الإعلامي الإذاعي بإذاعة الجزائر بمحطة المسيلة الجهوية في الرفع من كفاءة ومستوى البرامج الرياضية و إنجاحها من خلال الشبكة البرامجية المعتمدة والاساليب المنتهجة و لتحقيق ذلك استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي لملائمته لهذه الدراسة على عينة عشوائية مكونة من 20صحفي أين وزعت عليهم استمارة استبيان , وتوصل بناءا على أراء الصحفيين بالإذاعة إلى انه للتخطيط الإعلامي الإذاعي دور كبير وفعال لإنجاح البرامج الرياضية الجزائرية وفي ضوء ما سفرت عليه نتائج الدراسة يوصي الباحث بضرورة تهيئته المناخ التنظيمي أكثر داخل الإذاعة المحلية لضمان تخطيط ناجح يتماشى ويرتبط باحتياجات الجمهور و ميوله .

الملخص : بالعربية : يستعرض هذا المقياس التشريعات الرياضية واالعالمية بمختلف أنواعها، حيث اعتمدت الجزائر على غرار باقي الدول في تنظيمها لأنشطة الرياضية على العديد من التشريعات و التنظيمات القانونية بغرض فرض الانضباط والسيطرة على كل الأحداث المفسدة لأنشطة الرياضية، نظرا لكون النشاط الرياضي حاجة وضرورة للجميع فقد تكلفت بها جملة من التشريعات الوطنية و المواثيق الدولية، و تسهر على تنظيمه و ديمومته منظمات دولية و وطنية متعددة و التي بدونها تفقد كيانها كله. كما أن التطورات الحاصلة في عصرنا الحديث فقد سعت معظم الدول لتطوير الرياضة حيث أصبحت لها قوانينها، و تشريعاتها و أنظمتها و لوائحها بمختلف مؤسساتها، لهذا أخذت التشريعات الرياضية مركزا مرموقا في الحقبة الاخيرة و تزايد ملحوظا بمختلف الرياضات التنافسية. Searchlight in English This scale reviews sports and media legislation of various types, as Algeria, like other countries, in organizing sports activities has relied on many legislation and legal regulations for the purpose of imposing discipline and controlling all events that spoil sports activities, given that sports activity is a need and necessity for everyone. It has been mandated by a set of national legislation and international conventions. , Multiple international and national organizations ensure its organization and continuity, without which it would lose its entire existence. Also, with the developments taking place in our modern era, most countries have sought to develop sports, as they have their own laws, legislation, systems, and regulations in their various institutions. Therefore, sports legislation has taken a prominent position in the recent era and has increased significantly in various competitive sports

التطبيقات والبرمجيات التكنولوجية في الرياضة

ملخص مطبوعة الدروس : اشتملت المطبوعة على عشر محاضرات موزعة على ثلاث محاور، حيث تضمن المحور الأول والمعنون ب: مدخل إلى التكنولوجيا والبرمجيات وتضمن محاضرتين الأولى بعنوان مفاهيم عامة حول التكنولوجيا وتطرقنا فيها إلى التعاريف والمفاهيم التي تضبط مصطلح التكنولوجيا كما تطرقنا في هاته المحاضرة لتطور التكنولوجيا، أما المحاضرة الثانية فجاءت بعنوان مفاهيم عامة حول البرمجيات واحتوت على مفاهيم حول لغات البرمجة وأهميتها في المجال التكنولوجي، أما المحور الثاني الذي جاء بعنوان التكنولوجيا وتطبيقاتها في المجال الرياضي واحتوى على خمس محاضرات تناولت كلها تطبيق التكنولوجيا في: (التدريب الرياضي، والتربية البدنية وفي مجال الرياضة لدى ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة، وفي إدارة وتسيير الرياضة، وفي مجال الإعلام الرياضي). في هاته المحاضرات الخمس فصلنا في كيفية تطبيق التكنولوجيات المختلفة على كل من المجالات الكبرى للمنظومة الرياضية والتأثيرات التي أحدثتها التكنولوجيا عليها. أما المحور الأخير فجاء بعنوان تطبيق الذكاء الاصطناعي في المجال الرياضي واحتوى على ثلاث محاضرات الأولى منها كانت عبارة عن مدخل عام حول الذكاء الاصطناعي بشكل عام من حيث المفهوم والتطور والتأثيرات التي جاء بها الذكاء الاصطناعي، في حين المحاضرة الثانية من المحور فحاولنا من خلالها تسليط الضوء على تطبيقات تكنولوجيا الذكاء الاصطناعي في مختلف جوانب الرياضة ( التدريب، التربية، الإدارة والتسيير، الإعلام…)، وفي المحاضرة الأخيرة تكلمنا على التحديات المصاحبة لتطبيق الذكاء الاصطناعي في المجال الرياضي. Summary of the Lessons publication The publication consists of ten lectures divided into three themes. The first axis, entitled Introduction to Technology and Software and included two lectures, the first lecture was entitled General Concepts about Technology, in which we dealt with the definitions and concepts that regulate the term technology and the development of technology, while the second lecture was entitled General Concepts about Software and contained concepts about programming languages and their importance in the technological field. The second theme, entitled Technology and its applications in the field of sports, contained five lectures, all of which dealt with the application of technology in: (sports training, physical education, sports for people with special needs, sports management and administration, and sports media). In these five lectures, we examined how different technologies have been applied to each of the major areas of the sports system and the effects that technology has had on them. The last lecture was titled The Application of Artificial Intelligence in Sport and contained three lectures, the first of which was a general introduction to artificial intelligence in general in terms of the concept, development and the effects that artificial intelligence has brought, while the second lecture of the theme tried to highlight the applications of artificial intelligence technology in various aspects of sport (training, education, management and administration, media...), and the last lecture talked about the challenges associated with the application of artificial intelligence in the field of sport.
