يعد موضوع المقاولاتية حاليا من المواضيع المهمة التي يثار حولها الكثير من النقاش خاصة مع التغيرات السريعة التي تعرفها بيئة الأعمال الدولية من تطور تكنولوجي، عولمة، خصخصة ومنافسة قوية على المستوى المحلي والدولي والعالمي.
ويعزى هذا الاهتمام إلى مزايا المقاولاتية التي تطال كل المستويات؛ إذ تساهم في نمو الاقتصاد وتطور المؤسسات القائمة وخلق مؤسسات جديدة لها قدرة على التكيف والتلاؤم مع متطلبات المنافسة والتغيير. كما تساهم في تنمية الموارد البشرية التي تقود هذه المقاولات وتدريبها على تذليل الصعاب واستغلال مواهبهم وأفكارهم بكل حرية في إطار المبادرة الفردية.

The topic of entrepreneurship is currently one of the important topics that is the subject of much discussion, especially with the rapid changes that the international business environment is witnessing, such as technological development, globalization, privatization, and strong competition at the local, international, and global levels. This interest is due to the advantages of entrepreneurship that extend to all levels; as it contributes to the growth of the economy, the development of existing institutions, and the creation of new institutions that have the ability to adapt and adjust to the requirements of competition and change. It also contributes to the development of human resources that lead these enterprises and train them to overcome difficulties and exploit their talents and ideas with complete freedom within the framework of individual initiative
