Abstract
هدفت هذه الدراسة الى فهم تأثير تقنيات الذكاء الاصطناعي وبالأخص CHAT GPT على الأداء العلمي لطلبة علوم الإعلام والاتصال بجامعة المسيلة ، ويأتي هذا في ظل الانتشار المتزايد لها في الوسط الأكاديمي ، وما تثيره من جدال واسع في تسهيل العملية التعليمية ، وتأثيره على التفكير النقدي ، والمهارات الأكاديمية للطلاب من تحليل ..الخ ، فانطلقت هذه الدراسة من سؤال رئيسي : ما تأثير استخدام تطبيقات الذكاء الاصطناعيchat gpt على الأداء العلمي لطلبة علوم الاعلام والاتصال بجامعة المسيلة والذي اندرج ضمنه عدة تساؤلات فرعية :
1. ما هو واقع استخدام الطلبة للذكاء الاصطناعي CHAT GPT ؟
2.ما مدى تأثير CHAT GPT على التفكير النقدي والإبداعي لدى الطلبة ؟
3.هل يؤدي الاعتماد على CHAT GPTإلى تحسين مهارات البحث والتحليل العلمي؟
.4 ماهي التحديات التي تواجه الطلبة في استخدام CHAT GPT ؟
واعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي،و الاستبيان كأداة لجمع المعلومات
و على عينة عشوائية الطبقية المكونة من 100 طالب وطالبة من قسم الإعلام والاتصال ، وكما تم الاعتماد على نظرية الاستخدامات و الإشباعات التي تنظر للطالب كمستخدم نشط يسعي لإشباع حاجته المعرفية، ونظرية التأثير المباشر التي تركز على أثر الرسالة الإعلامية مقدمة من CHAT GPT ، وتوصلت الدراسة للنتائج من أبرزها ، أن أغلبية الطلبة يستخدمون chat gpt بشكل يومي ، أما من جانب آخر فقد ساعد في تحسين مهارات التفكير النقدي لدى غالبية الطلبة ، كما ساهم في تحسين القدرة على التحليل لدى معظم الطلبة أما عن التحديات التي تواجههم. فقد أكد أغلبية الطلبة أنهم لا يواجهون أية صعوبات في استخدامهمللتطبيق.
This study aimed to understand the impact of artificial intelligence technologies, specifically ChatGPT, on the academic performance of media and communication science students at the University of M'sila. This comes in light of its increasing prevalence in the academic community and the widespread debate it has sparked regarding facilitating the educational process and its impact on critical thinking and students' academic skills, including analysis. This study was based on a primary question: The impact of using artificial intelligence applications (ChatGPT) on the academic performance of media and communication science students at the University of M'sila. This question included several sub-questions:
1. What is the reality of students' use of artificial intelligence (ChatGPT)?
2. What is the extent of the impact of ChatGPT on students' critical and creative thinking?
3. Does relying on ChatGPT improve scientific research and analysis skills?
4. What are the challenges facing students in using ChatGPT?
The study relied on the descriptive analytical approach, the questionnaire as a tool for collecting information, and a stratified sample consisting of 100 male and female students from the Department of Media and Communication. It also relied on the uses and gratifications theory, which views the student as an active user seeking to satisfy his cognitive need, and the direct impact theory, which focuses on the impact of the media message provided by Chat GPT. The study reached the most prominent results, namely that the majority of students use Chat GPT on a daily basis. On the other hand, it helped improve the critical thinking skills of the majority of students, and contributed to improving the analytical ability of most students. As for the challenges they face, the majority of students confirmed that they do not face any difficulties in using the application.
