| dc.description.abstract | The topic of the specificity of cybercrime investigation addresses the challenges facing competent authorities in uncovering crimes committed in the digital space, as these crimes are characterized by the speed of their execution and the difficulty of tracking digital evidence. Investigating these crimes requires following special procedures that are in line with their emerging nature The research highlights Algerian legislative efforts aimed at controlling these crimes, as modern laws and procedures have been introduced to support investigating authorities in uncovering them. It also identifies the challenges facing the investigation process. | |
