| dc.description.abstract | تلعب الإدارة الإلكترونية دورا رئيسيا في إحداث التحولات المختلفة في العمل الإداري، فهي تساهم في تطوير أساليبه وتوفير المعلومات في الوقت المناسب وبأقل تكلفة، وتهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على مفهوم الإدارة الإلكترونية للموارد البشرية وأهميتها في تحسين الإدارة وتطويرها وتحقيق الكفاءة الإدارية . وعليه فقد حاولت هذه الدراسة أن تسلط الضوء على المتطلبات الأساسية لتطبيق الإدارة الإلكترونية للموارد البشرية في الإدارة الجزائرية والتعرف على أبرز مراحل التحول إليها، وكذا أهم انجازاتها مع الإشارة إلى الصعوبات التي تعرقل هذه العملية بشكل عام وتقديم عدة اقتراحات لها. الكلمات المفتاحية: الإدارة الإلكترونية للموارد البشرية، التدريب الإلكتروني، التخطيط الإلكتروني الإستقطاب الإلكتروني، الإختيار الإلكتروني. Abstract Electronic administration plays a major role in bringing about various transformations in administrative work, it contributes to the development of its methods and the provision of information in a timely manner at the lowest cost, this study aims to identify the concept of electronic management of human resources and its importance in improving and developing management and achieving administrative efficiency. Accordingly, this study attempted to shed light on the basic requirements for the application of electronic management of human resources in the Algerian administration and to identify the most prominent stages of transition to it, as well as its most important achievements, with reference to the difficulties that impede this process in general, and several suggestions for it.
