| dc.description.abstract | إن شهادة المطابقة تعد آلية للرقابة البعدية أو اللاحقة لعملية البناء، وذلك وفق الإجراءات القانونية المتمثلة في التصريح بانتهاء الأشغال، ليتم بعد ذلك التحقيق في مدى مطابقة هذا البناء لأحكام الرخصة المسلمة والذي ينتهي بتسليم شهادة المطابقة أو رفض تسليمها إذا كان هناك إخلال بأحكام الرخصة المسلمة. وقد يترتب على شهادة المطابقة جرائم تختلف باختلاف أنواعها، فهناك جريمة البناء بدون رخصة، وجريمة عدم القيام بإجراءات التصريح والإشهار، وأخيرا جريمة عدم مطابقة البناء للرخصة المسلمة، حيث تصدر الإدارة بخصوصها قرار الذي قد يكون محل طعن أمام الجهات القضائية سواء كانت إدارية أو عادية.
