Summary: This study aims to shed light on an important topic in administrative law, which is the control of the implementation of judicial decisions in the face of administration. This will be achieved by uncovering the mechanisms of implementing judicial decisions and rulings by the administration, defining the nature of administrative judicial decision implementation, the conditions for its implementation, and the difficulties and obstacles that hinder the implementation of these administrative decisions. We then discuss the legal means to compel the administration to implement them and the responsibility of the administration or administrative employee for refusing to implement administrative judicial decisions, including financial penalties or coercive fines. We also address the method of enforcing compensation judgments through the public treasury and criminalizing the act of refusal. | en_US |
