| dc.description.abstract | هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى التعرف عن مستوى التوتر النفسي لدى العاملين مع ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة بمدارس ومراكز ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة بولاية المسيلة، حيث تكونت العينة من 118 عامل، وبعد تطبيق مقياس التوتر النفسي للباحثة لانا عماد عجوني 2002، وبالاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي وبالاستعانة ببرنامج SPSS 26 من خلال حساب المتوسطات واختبار ت لعينة واحد ولعينتين تم التوصل الى النتائج التالية: - مستوى التوتر النفسي لدى عينة الدراسة منخفض. - لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في مستوى التوتر النفسي حسب متغير الجنس. - لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في مستوى التوتر النفسي حسب متغير الخبرة المهنية. - لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في مستوى التوتر النفسي حسب متغير الرتبة المهنية. الكلمات المفتاحية: التوتر؛ التوتر النفسي، العاملين مع ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة. Abstract: The current study aimed to investigate the level of psychological tension among workers with special needs in schools and centers for special needs in the province of M'sila. A sample of 118 workers was formed, and after applying the researcher Lana Ajouni's 2002 Psychological tension Scale, and relying on the descriptive approach and utilizing SPSS 26 software, along with calculating means and conducting t-tests for one sample and two samples, the following results were obtained: - The level of psychological tension in the study sample was low. - There were no statistically significant differences in the level of psychological tension according to gender. - There were no statistically significant differences in the level of psychological tension according to professional experience. - There were no statistically significant differences in the level of psychological tension according to professional rank.
