| dc.description.abstract | الموضوع برمته يؤكد أن لكل فرد الحق في حرِّية التجمِّع السلمي وتكوين الجمعيات، وهذا الحقِّ مكوِّن أساسيِّ للديمقراطية. ويشمل الحق في التجمع السلمي الحق في عقد الاجتماعات والاعتصامات والتجمعات والفعاليات والاحتجاجات، سواء عبر الإنترنت أو في الحياة الواقعية. ويشمل الحق في حرية تكوين الجمعيات حق الأفراد في التفاعل والتنظيم في ما بينهم للتعبير الجماعي عن المصالح المشتركة وتعزيزها والسعي إلى تحقيقها والدفاع عنها، كما ينص التشريع الجزائري ويشمل أيضًا الحق في تشكيل نقابات عمالية. وتشكِّل حرية التجمع السلمي وتكوين الجمعيات أداة لممارسة العديد من الحقوق الأخرى التي يكفلها القانون الجزائري و الدولي، بما في ذلك الحق في حرية التعبير والمشاركة في إدارة الشؤون العامة. وتحمي المادة 20 من الإعلان العالمي لحقوق الإنسان الحق في حرية التجمع السلمي وتكوين الجمعيات.
