Abstract
هدفت دراستنا التي قمت بإجرائها إلى التعرف على مدى قلق وخوف أمهات أطفال التوحد متبعة المنهج العيادي وتمثلت عينة الدراسة من ( 2) حالتين لأمهات أطفال التوحد
تم اختيارهن بطريقة عشوائية من مجتمع الدراسة الحالية وفق شروط محددة مستخدمة منهج دراسة الحالة، والمقابلة وكذا مقياس بيك للاكتئاب
وبعد إجراء الدراسة الميدانية وجمع البيانات توصلت بالدراسة إلى النتائج التالية:
-تعاني أمهات الأطفال المصابين بالتوحد من استجابات نصية ( استجابة اكتئابية ) بسبب طفلهم التوحدي
-تتسم استجاباتهم بين الخوف والقلق لحد الاكتئاب
-تتفاوت درجات الخوف والقلق لديهم
تتمثل مؤشرات الاستجابة الاكتئابية لدى أمهات أطفال التوحد في مشاعر النقص لنفسها وللمجتمع والمستقبل وتتسم بمشاعر الذنب والخوف من الوصمة الاجتماعية
summary :
Our study, which I conducted, aimed to identify the extent of anxiety and fear of mothers of autistic children, following the clinical approach. The study sample consisted of (2) two cases of mothers of autistic children.
They were selected randomly from the population of the current study according to specific conditions using a case study approach, an interview, and the Beck Depression Inventory.
After conducting the field study and collecting data, the study reached the following results:
-Mothers of autistic children suffer from script responses (depressive response) because of their autistic child.
Their responses range from fear and anxiety to depression
Their degrees of fear and anxiety vary
Indicators of a depressive response among mothers of autistic children are feelings of inferiority to themselves, society, and the future, and are characterized by feelings of guilt and fear of social stigma.
