| dc.description.abstract | تهدف الدراسة إلى تسليط الضوء على مختلف التهديدات البيئية في القارة الإفريقية بالإضافة إلى التركيز في الجانب النظري على أهم المقاربات النظرية المفسرة لكل من مفهوم الأمن والأمن البيئي، وتم إبراز مدى أهمية البعد البيئي في الدراسات الأمنية، وانطلاقا للمعطيات هذه الدراسة يقودن إلى القول إنه حقيقة، الأمن الإنساني في إفريقيا يتعرض إلى تهديدات وتحديات واسعة، وهذه الأخير تبقى عالمية الأسباب والحلول، خاصة فظل غياب الحدود الجغرافية التي تتميز بها التهديدات البيئية.
