Abstract
تعتبر صورة الذات من المفاهيم الأساسية لفهم الشخصية فهي تشمل مظهره الجسدي ، قدراته ، صفاته ، أدواره الاجتماعية و العاطفية ، هذه الصورة لا تتشكل من فراغ و إنما حصيلة تجارب و تنشئة و بيئة فإن أي تجربة مؤلمة تصيب الفرد تُحدث جرحا نرجسيا عميقا في موضع كيانه ، و ذلك جراء فقده لتوازنه الداخلي و بالتالي يهزّ صورة الذات التي بناها عن نفسه ، فالجرح النرجسي هو الضربة التي يتلقاها الإنسان في مركز صورته عن ذاته و لأهمية هذا التشابك بينهما تمت هذه الدراسة بعنوان :" الجرح النرجسي و صورة الذات لدى نساء مصابات بسرطان الرحم " على عينة متكونة من أربعة حالات يتلقين العلاج الكيميائي على مستوى المؤسسة العمومية الاستشفائية لمكافحة السرطان - مختاري عبد الغني - بولاية سطيف هدفت الدراسة إلى فهم ماهية الجرح النرجسي و تأثيره على صورة الذات لدى مريضة سرطان الرحم و الكشف عن تأثيرات سرطان الرحم على الحالة النفسية للمرأة و لتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم الاعتماد على المنهج العيادي باستخدام الأدوات التالية : المقابلة العيادية النصف موجهة ، و اختبار تفهم الموضوع - أهم النتائج المتوصل إليها : - النساء المصابات بسرطان الرحم يعانين من بنية نرجسية هشة في سياقات متقاربة من ( حرمان ، رفض ، صدمات ، مرض .. ) - تشكل صورة ذاتية متصدعة عند نساء مصابات بسرطان الرحم مولدا بذلك شعورا مزمنا بعدم الاستحقاق و الدونية خاصة فيما يخص الأدوار الاجتماعية

Study Abstract
The self-image is considered one of the fundamental concepts for understanding personality. It encompasses one's physical appearance, abilities, traits, and social and emotional roles. This image does not form in a vacuum; rather, it is the result of experiences, upbringing, and environment. Any painful experience that affects an individual creates a deep narcissistic wound at the core of their being, resulting from a loss of internal balance and, consequently, a disruption in the self-image that the person has constructed. The narcissistic wound is the blow a person receives at the center of their self-image. Given the importance of this interrelation, the present study, titled: "The Narcissistic Wound and Self-Image in Women with Uterine Cancer", was conducted on a sample of four cases undergoing chemotherapy at the Public Oncology Hospital Mokhtari Abdelghani - in the Wilaya of Sétif. The study aimed to understand the nature of the narcissistic wound and its impact on the self-image of women with uterine cancer, and to reveal the psychological effects of uterine cancer on women. To achieve the study's objectives, the clinical method was employed using the following tools: the semi-structured clinical interview and the Thematic Apperception Test (TAT). Main Findings: Women with uterine cancer suffer from a fragile narcissistic structure within similar contexts of deprivation, rejection, trauma, and illness. A fractured self-image is formed in women with uterine cancer, generating a chronic feeling of unworthiness and inferiority, particularly in relation to social roles.
