| dc.description.abstract | تيدؼ ىذه الدراسة إلى تسميط الضوء عمى اآلليات القانونية لحماية الطفولة داخؿ المراكز المتخصصة، ومدى مساىمة ىذه المراكز في حماية الطفؿ، و ألف وجود طفؿ ما في حالة خطر يعكس الخمؿ االجتماعي والقانوني والسياسي والثقافي السائد في المجتمع فإف نسانية مما يستوجب تبني إج ارءات فعالة لحمايتيـ ىذه الظاىرة تشكؿ مشكمة قانونية وا . حيث توصمت الدراسة أف المشرع الجزائري في قانوف حماية الطفؿ 12/15 أولى عناية بالغة بحماية حقوؽ األطفاؿ داخؿ مراكز الحماية االجتماعية والمتخصصة في استقباؿ ج ارءات خاصة بتحقيؽ مصمحة األطفاؿ الجانحيف واألطفاؿ في خطر. ووضع قواعد وا الطفؿ واستفادتو مف مختمؼ البرامج المسطرة فييا والتي تكوف الغاية منيا ىي إصبلح الحدث وتيذيبو. وىذا الموضوع يبحث في دراسة المستجدات التي أتى بيا المشرع لتحقيؽ وادماج ىذه المصمحة سواء داخؿ مراكز حماية الطفولة أو داخؿ مراكز إعادة التربية األحداث. الكممات المفتاحية: الطفؿ في خطر والجانح، الطفؿ الضحية، الحماية القانونية لمطفؿ، المراكز المتخصصة، القانوف .12/15 Abstract: This study aims to shed light on the legal mechanisms for protecting children within specialized centers, and the extent to which these centers contribute to child protection. Because the presence of a child in a state of danger reflects the social, legal, political, and cultural imbalance prevailing in society, this phenomenon constitutes a legal and humanitarian problem, which necessitates the adoption of measures. effective to protect them. The study found that the Algerian legislator, in Child Protection Law 15/12, paid great attention to protecting children’s rights within social protection centers specialized in receiving delinquent children and children in danger. And setting special rules and procedures to achieve the child’s interest and benefit from the various programs in place, the purpose of which is to reform and refine the juvenile. This topic examines the developments introduced by the legislator to achieve this interest, whether within child protection centers or within re- education and juvenile integration centres.
