Abstract
إن للسلوك الإجرامي عند الأحداث عدة أسباب فيزيولوجية ونفسية إقتصادية وإجتماعية تناولتها النظريات المفسرة له بالتفسير الذاتي والبيئي والتكاملي وللوقاية من الجرائم الخاصة بالأحداث وضع المشرع آليات قانونية لحمايتهم تجسدت في قانون 15/12 المتعلق بحماية الطفل الذي نص على عدة تدابير علاجية وتربوية من أجل وقايتهم من إرتكاب السلوك الإجتماعي وإعادة إدماج هذه الفئة في المجتمع، دون أن ننسى دور الأسرة والمدرسة والإعلام والجمعيات والمؤسسات الأمنية والمراكز الخاصة بالأحداث ودورها في الوقاية من جرائم الأحداث، هذه المؤسسات إن قامت بدورها على أكمل وجه سيؤدي حتما إلى إنقاص حجم إجرام الأحداث.

The criminal behavior of juveneles has several physiogical, psy chological, economic and social reasons that the theories explaining it have been addressed by self, environmental and integrative interepretation ,and for prevention of juvenile crime.
The legalator has put in place legal mechanisms to protect juveniles embodied in the law 15/12, on child protection, wich stipulated several remedial and educational juvenle juvenils from commiheing criminal behavior and reintegrate this group into society without forgetting the role of the family and the scool, media associations, security institutions, juvenile crimes, if will inevitablay lead to a decrease in juveuile crime.
