| dc.description.abstract | عانت العديد من الدول ويلات الاستبداد والاضطهاد، وعلى مر التجارب أبرزت رغبتها في الحرية والديموقراطية، وخلال هذه الدراسة حاولنا تقريب مفهوم المجتمع المدني والعدالة الانتقالية، وكيف أنها أصبحت ضرورية لدى المجتمعات التي حدثت فيها جرائم ضد الإنسانية، فكانت آليات العدالة الانتقالية هي الحل الأنسب للانتقال من نظام استبدادي إلى دولة القانون والعدالة . تعتبر تونس من الدول العربية التي طبقت آليات العدالة الانتقالية لضمان تغيير النظام الذي عانى منه التونسيون في شتى المجالات، الاجتماعية والاقتصادية والسياسية... تحت وطأة الرئيس السابق زين العابدين وحلفائه، وقد كان للمجتمع المدني التونسي دور فعال في تكريس مبادئ العدالة الانتقالية، بحيث ساهم في تحقيق العدالة الانتقالية إلى حد بعيد في هذا البلد رغم العراقيل والتحديات التي واجهته. Abstract Many countries have suffered the scourge of tyranny and persecution, and over the course of experiences, their desire for freedom and democracy has been highlighted. During this study, we have tried to bring the concept of civil society and transitional justice closer, and how it has become necessary for societies in which crimes against humanity have occurred. Transitional justice mechanisms were the most appropriate solution to move from An authoritarian regime to a state of law and justice.
