Abstract
This study investigates the impact of electronic public management on the job
commitment of employees in the municipality of Barhoum, M'Sila. To examine
this relationship, a descriptive-analytical approach was employed through a field
study. Data was collected using a questionnaire distributed to a sample of 74
employees.
The retrieved data was analyzed using the Statistical Package for the Social
Sciences (SPSS) version 22 software, The study's findings indicate a significant
positive influence of electronic public administration, encompassing both its
technical and human aspects, on employee job commitment.
