Abstract
هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى التعرف على العوامل المؤدية لعزوف التلاميذ عن الدراسة من وجهة نظر الأساتذة،منطلقة من تساؤل رئيسي مفاده: ما هي العوامل المؤدية إلى عزوف التلاميذ عن الدراسة من وجهة نظر الأساتذة؟، واعتمدنا في هذه الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي، وشملت عينة الدراسة 50أستاذ وأستاذة بثانوية محمد الشريف مساعدية بالمسيلة للسنة الدراسية 2024-2025، واستخدمت الدراسة الاستبيان كأداة لجمع المعلومات، ولتحليل النتائج تم استخدام برنامج الرزمة الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية SPSS V26.
وخلصت الدراسة إلى النتائج التالية:
- للعوامل الاجتماعية دور عالي في عزوف التلاميذ عن الدراسة من وجهة نظر عينة الدراسة.
- للعوامل التربويةدور متوسط في عزوف التلاميذ عن الدراسة من وجهة نظر عينة الدراسة.
- للعوامل التكنولوجية دور عالي في عزوف التلاميذ عن الدراسة من وجهة نظر عينة الدراسة.

Study summary:
The current study aimed to identify the factors that lead to students’ reluctance to study from the professors’ point of view, based on a main question: What are the factors that lead to students’ reluctance to study from the professors’ point of view? In this study, we relied on the descriptive approach, and the study sample included 50 male and female professors.At Mohamed Al-Sharif Assistant High School in M’sila for the academic year 2024-2025, the study used the questionnaire as a tool to collect information For the analysis of the results, the software Statistical Package for the Social Sciences SPSS V26 was used.
The study concluded with the following results:
Social factors play a high role in the reluctance of pupils to study from the point of view of the study sample.
Educational factors have an intermediate role in pupils' reluctance to study from the point of view of the study sample.
Technological factors play a high role in the reluctance of pupils to study from the point of view of the study sample.
