Abstract
يشكل التعاون الدولي متعدد الأطراف إحدى المسائل الأساسية والمهمة في حقل العلاقات الدولية, وقد حاولنا التعرف على التعاون متعدد الأطراف وأهم المقاربات التي تناولت الموضوع, وعرضنا تشريح لأزمة تعددية الأطراف وأهم التحديات التي أن تعترضها, مع محاولة لاستقراء مستقبل التعددية في ظل التطورات الدولية الراهنة, وتناولنا تأثير السياسة الخارجية للرئيس الأمريكي دونالد ترامب التعددية حاضرا وعلى وجودها مستقبلا.
ومن خلال الدراسة وجدنا أن مفهوم التعددية لازال بطيئا وفقيرا من الجانب النظري, ويعاني من تحديات ومعوقات مختلفة في جانبه الواقعي, كما أن تأثيرا السياسة الخارجية الأمريكية للرئيس ترامب كان وخيما على تعددية الأطراف.
لذلك فأهمية ما توصلنا إليه تبرز الحاجة إلى التعمق في دراسة مفهوم التعاون متعدد الأطراف في ظل نشأة أسئلة جديدة ومثيرة للاهتمام حول دور المفهوم في حقل العلاقات الدولية.
Multilateral international cooperation constitutes one of the basic and important issues in the field of international relations, and we have tried to identify multilateral cooperation and the most important approaches that have dealt with the subject. The impact of US President Donald Trump's foreign policy of pluralism today and its existence in the future.
Through the study, we found that the concept of multilateralism is still slow and poor from the theoretical side, and suffers from various challenges and obstacles in its realistic aspect, and that the impact of US foreign policy for President Trump was dire on multilateralism.
Therefore, the importance of what we have reached highlights the need to delve into the study of the concept of multilateral cooperation in light of the emergence of new and interesting questions about the role of the concept in the field of international relations.
