| dc.description.abstract | منذ Ĕاية الحرب الباردة وبروز النظام الدولي الجديد سعت الولاʮت المتحدة الأمريكية في فرض تواجدها بعدة مناطق و قارات العالم و عبر عدة أصعدة إلا أن هذه الاستراتيجية لم تتحقق بسبب التنامي المستمر والمتصاعد للصين ومكانتها على الساحة الدولية، وهذا بفعل تزايد نشاطها و توسعها وهذا ما زادها وزʭ سياسيا في مكانتها الدولية مما جعلتها معادلة اقتصادية هامة في الكثير من المناطق ʪلعالم، خاصة في القارة الإفريقية التي أصبحت بدورها تنافس الولاʮت المتحدة الأمريكية بشكل مباشر خاصة في السنوات الأخيرة، وعليه سنحاول في هذه الورقة البحث عن مكانة القارة الإفريقية في أجندة الصين والولاʮت المتحدة الأمريكية سياسيا، اقتصادʮ وعسكرʮ، من خلال دراسة أهمية القارة ʪلنسبة للقوتين الأمريكية الصينية و أسباب التوجه الأمريكي نحو القارة إفريقيا ومحاولتنا البحث عن علاقة الصين ʪلقارة الإفريقية عبركل الأصعدة خاصة على الصعيد الاقتصادي ، وصولا للتنافس الأمريكي والصيني قارة الإفريقية من خلال سعي الطرف الأمريكي في التموقع بشكل أكبر في العمق الإفريقي و الطموح المتزايد للتنين الصيني في القارة. الكلمات المفتاحية: إفريقيا الولاʮت المتحدة الأمريكية، الصين، التنافس. Abstract: Since the end of the Cold War and the emergence of the new international order, the United States of America has sought to impose its presence in several regions and continents of the world and across several levels, However, this matter was not achieved due to the continuous, escalating and increasing growth of China and its position in the international arena. This is due to the increase in its activity and expansion, and this has increased it political weight in its international standing, which has become an economic equation in many regions of the world, especially in the African continent, which in turn has become a direct competitor to the United States of America. This is what made us discuss in this paper the position and position of the African continent on the political, economic and military agenda of China and America, by searching for the importance of the continent for the American- Chinese forces and the reasons for the American orientation towards the African continent, and studying the new relationship of China with the continent to the American-Chinese competition for the African continent.
