| dc.description.abstract | تتناول هذه الدراسة بالتحليل الرؤية التي قدمها الصحفي محمد حسنين هيكل حول الصراع العربي الإسرائيلي. تستمد الدراسة مادتها من مؤلفات هيكل العديدة، التي لا تُمثل مجرد سرد تاريخي، بل شهادة فريدة من قلب دوائر صنع القرار في مصر، خاصة خلال فترة حكم الرئيس جمال عبد الناصر. يتمحور التحليل حول موقع هيكل كـمراقب ومشارك في آن واحد، وكيف أثر قربه الاستثنائي من السلطة، ثم خلافه العميق معها في عهد الرئيس أنور السادات، على منظوره وكتاباته. كما تستعرض الدراسة رؤية هيكل للمحطات المفصلية في الصراع العربي الاسرائيلي. خلصت الدراسة إلى أن كتابات هيكل تُعد مصدرًا تاريخيًا لا غنى عنه لفهم الصراع العربي الإسرائيلي من منظور عربي داخلي. ورغم أنها تتطلب قراءة نقدية واعية بسبب انحيازاتها الأيديولوجية وتأثرها بعلاقات هيكل الشخصية، إلا أنها تظل وثيقة حية تقدم رؤى عميقة حول عقلية صانع القرار العربي وتحدياته في حقبة حاسمة من تاريخ المنطقة. This study analyzes the perspective of journalist Mohamed Hassanein Heikal on the Arab-Israeli conflict. It draws upon Heikal's extensive body of work, which serves not merely as a historical account but as a unique testimony from within the decision-making circles of Egypt, particularly during the presidency of Gamal Abdel Nasser. The analysis focuses on Heikal's dual role as both an observer and a participant, examining how his exceptional proximity to power, and his subsequent profound conflict with it under President Anwar Sadat, shaped his views and writings. The study also reviews Heikal's interpretation of the pivotal milestones in the Arab-Israeli conflict. It concludes that Heikal's writings are an indispensable historical source for understanding the Arab-Israeli conflict from an internal Arab perspective. While his work necessitates a critical reading, mindful of ideological biases and personal relationships, it remains a vital document offering deep insights into the mindset of Arab decision-makers and the challenges they faced during a crucial period in the region's history | |
