Abstract
هدفت الدراسة إلى معرفة دور الجزائر في حل النزاعات اإلقليمية، بالتركيز على النزاع الليبي
كنموذج، حيث تظهر الدراسة أن الجزائر تلعب دو ًرا فعاًال في التوسط والوساطة بين األطراف
المتنازعة. كجارة ليبيا، تدرك الجزائر أهمية االستقرار في المنطقة وتعمل على تحقيق حل سياسي شامل
للنزاع الليبي، كما تقدم الجزائر الدعم اللوجستي واإلنساني لعمليات التفاوض والمفاوضات، وتستضيف
العديد من االجتماعات والمحادثات بين األطراف الليبية. تعّزز الجزائر الحوار السياسي والمصالحة
الوطنية، وتعمل على بناء مؤسسات سياسية قوية في ليبيا، ومن خالل هذه الجهود، نجحت الجزائر في
تعزيز السالم واالستقرار في ليبيا، وتحقيق تقدم في تسوية النزاع الليبي. تعد الجزائر نموذ ًجا للدولة التي
تسعى جاهدة للمساهمة في حل النزاعات اإلقليمية والتوصل إلى حلول سلمية من خالل الوساطة
والتواصل الفعّال بين األطراف المتنازعة، ومنه نخلص إلى أنه بفضل دورها الفاعل، تُعزز الجزائر
التعاون اإلقليمي وتساهم في السالم واالستقرار في المنطقة. تعد دراسة دور الجزائر في حل النزاعات
اإلقليمية النزاع الليبي نموذ ًجا للجهود الناجحة في تحقيق السالم واالستقرار في البلدان المتضررة من
النزاعات اإلقليمية.
Abstract
The study aimed to learn about Algeria's role in resolving regional conflicts, focusing on the
Libyan conflict as a model, as the study shows that Algeria plays an effective role in
mediation and mediation between the conflicting parties. As a neighbor of Libya, Algeria
recognizes the importance of stability in the region and works towards a comprehensive
political solution to the Libyan conflict. Algeria also provides logistical and humanitarian
support to the negotiation and negotiation processes and hosts numerous meetings and talks
between the Libyan parties. Algeria promotes political dialogue and national reconciliation
and works to build strong political institutions in Libya. Through these efforts, Algeria has
succeeded in promoting peace and stability in Libya and in achieving progress in the
settlement of the Libyan conflict. Algeria is a model for a country that strives to contribute to
the resolution of regional conflicts and to reach peaceful solutions through mediation and
effective communication between the parties to the conflict. It concludes that, thanks to its
active role, Algeria promotes regional cooperation and contributes to peace and stability in
the region. The study of Algeria's role in resolving regional conflicts is a model of successful
efforts to achieve peace and stability in countries affected by regional conflicts..
