Abstract
The present study aims to understand and analyse the supervisory role of the constitutional court in the voting process in Algeria in the light of what was or has been stated in the constitutional amendment in 2020.It also intends to know to what extent this role is effective.To achieve so,the study sheds light on the different constitutional specialities offered to this constitutional authority as well as its working mechanisms In order to investigate this problematic ,the first chapter touches on the organisational and the functional framework of the constitutional court.By the end of this study,we come up with some findings and a set of recommendations
