Abstract
يثير مستقبل منظمة مجلس التعاون لدول الخليج العربية الكثير من التساؤلات في ظل تحديات ومتغيرات داخلية واقليمية ودولية خاصة بعد 2011، فقد تناولت الدراسة الظروف الدولية والاقليمية والداخلية التي دفعت دول الخليج العربية ممثلة في (السعودية وعمان وقطر والبحرين والكويت والامارات العربية المتحدة) إلى طرح فكرةالتكامل الاقليمي في منظمة دون إقليمية عرفت بمجلس التعاون لدول الخليج العربية،هذه الفكرة التي تهدف إلى تحقيق الأمن والتنمية والرفاه لشعوب المنطقة في ظل تنامي ظاهرة التكامل الدولي من جهة، وتنامي التهديدات الاقليمية والدولية وحتى الداخلية من جهة أخرى،كما تناولت الدراسة نشأة وتطور منظمة مجلس التعاون الخليجي وما حققته منذ نشأتها وما هي العراقيل الداخلية والاقليمية والدولية التي اعترضت طريق تطور المنظمة وتحقيق الاتحاد الخليجي، إضافة الى السيناريوهات المطروحة لمستقبل المنظمة في ظل التطورات الحالية وتعارض سياسات الدول الأعضاء في المنظمة ومدى تأثير هذه التغيرات على مستقبل المنظمة.
The future of the Organization of the Arab Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) raises many questions in light of internal and regional challenges and changes, especially after 2011. The study examined the international, regional and internal conditions that led the Gulf States represented in (Saudi Arabia, Oman, Qatar, Bahrain, Kuwait and the United Arab Emirates) The regional council of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC), which aims at achieving security, development and well-being of the peoples of the region in light of the growing phenomenon of international integration on the one hand and the growing regional, The study also tackled the emergence and development of the GCC Organization and its achievements since its inception. What are the internal, regional and international obstacles that hindered the development of the Organization and the achievement of the Gulf Union, as well as the scenarios for the future of the Organization in light of the current developments and the policies of the Member States of the Organization On the future of the Organization.
