| dc.description.abstract | استطاعت وسائط الاعلام الجديد أن تخلق فضاءا ديمقراطيا، من خلال تنوع أدوارها السياسية و تميزها بخاصية التفاعلية و التأثير المباشر في مستخدميها، فأنشأت مجتمعات رقمية اعتبرت منابر حرة لصناعة الرأي العام و التعبئة الشعبية و طرح القضايا الوطنية ، مما أدى إلى خلق وعي سياسي و حراك شعبي –الربيع العربي- ، حيث حقق هؤلاء المستخدمون منظومة إفتراضية تكرس قيم المواطنة و تدعو إلى المشاركة و الإنخراط في الحياة السياسية ، و تكوين ثقافة إعلامية أكثر إستقلالية و ديموقراطية تتمثل في المواطن الصحفي "صحفي الشارع" ، و ترسيخ ثقافة وطنية تعمل على نشر المساواة و الحرية و المشاركة من أجل تحقيق الوحدة الوطنية و الإستقرار السياسي The new media created a democratic space through the diversity of their political roles, characterized by the interactive and direct influence of their users. They created digital societies that were considered as free platforms for the production of public opinion, popular mobilization and the raising of national issues, creating political awareness and popular activism. -The Arab Spring-, where these users achieved a virtual system dedicated to the values of citizenship and calls for participation and involvement in political life, and the formation of a more independent and democratic media culture is the journalist citizen "street journalist" and the establishment of a national culture working to promote equality and Free And participation to achieve national unity and political stability. | en_US |
