| dc.description.abstract | يتناول هذا البحث دراسة تحليلية حول واقع الاندماج الأوربي من خلال الطموحات الجماعية لدول الاتحاد الأوربي والمصالح القومية لكل دولة عضو فيه . وحيث أن الاتحاد الأوروبي يعتبر من أبرز التجارب التكاملية الإقليمية الناجحة في النظام الدولي والتي تعود جذوره إلى إنشاء الجماعة الاقتصادية الأوروبية وصولا إلى الاتحاد الأوروبي , وكان هذا الأخير نتاج عملية تكامل واندماج لم تصل إلى نهايتها وفق الطموحات المسطرة لها بعد, وذلك للأزمات التي واجهها هذا الكيان حال دون البلوغ إلى الأهداف المرجوة والذي مازال في حالة توسع على الصعيدين الأفقي والعمودي , ومن هنا جاءت سياسة الجوار الأوروبية كإستراتيجية جديدة لضمان رفاه وأمن داخل حدود أوروبا وجوارها. إن الأزمات التي واجهت مسيرة الاتحاد الأوروبي منذ مرحلة التأسيس إلى الأزمة الحالية التي تواجهه في الوقت الراهن والمتمثلة في خروج بريطانيا من الاتحاد الأوروبي أو ما تعرف بأزمة البريكست , ذلك ما قد يخلق تداعيات كبيرة على الاتحاد الأوروبي بصفة عامة وعلى بريطانيا بصفة خاصة , والذي يؤثر على مسار الاندماج الأوروبي أو مسار التجربة التكاملية الأوروبية مستقبلا . SUMMARY: This research deals with an analytical study on the European integration through the collective aspirations of the EU countries and the national interests of each member. As the European Union is one of the most successful regional integration experiences in the international system, which has its roots come from the creation of the European Economic Community leading into becoming the European Union. The latter was the result of an integration process that did not reach its end according to the ambitions and crises that it has yet to overcome. As a result, The European Neighborhood Policy (ENP) came as a new strategy to ensure well-being and security within Europe's borders.
