Abstract
إن قيام الأسرة بدورها في تنشئة الأفراد وبناء مجتمع صالح، لا يمكن أن يتم علي
أحسن وجه إلا باستقرار وتماسك الأسرة التي هي أساس المجتمع، وجرائم العنف الأسري
تشكل خطرا كبيرا يهدد هذا الاستقرار، فتنوع هذه الجرائم من القتل والضرب والجرح
علي الأصول والفروع والأزواج في صورة المرصودة عنف جسدي و معنوي ونفسي،
وعدم كفاية الآليات لمكافحته و الحد منه وصعوبة تدارك أثاره فعلي بالرغم من تشديد
العقوبات إلا أن مؤشرات خطرها في تزايد مستمر والتكفل بضحاياه أصبح يرهق كاهل
الدولة والمجتمعات.

Abstract :
The family’s role in bringing up individuals and building a good
society, Can onlay Be done in the best way with the stability and cohesion of
the family, which is the basis of society, and crimes of domestic violence pose
a great danger that threatens this stability, as the diversity of these crimes
from killing, beating and wounding to assets, branches and spouses in the
form of The observed physical, moral and psychological violence, the
insufficiency of mechanisms to combat and limit it, and the difficulty of
redressing its actual effects, despite the tightening of penalties, the indicators
of its danger are constantly increasing, and the care for its victims has become
burdensome to the state and societies.
