Abstract
ملخص الدراسة :
هدفت هذه الدراسة للتعرف على مؤشرات الاغتراب النفسي لدى عينة من نساء ارامل في مرحلة سن اليأس عبر المقابلة النصف موجهة ومقياس الاغتراب النفسي لسميرة الأبكر (1989) ومن اجل الوصول لأهداف هذا البحث تم اتباع منهج دراسة الحالة حيث تكونت مجموعة الدراسة من حالتين تم اختيارهم بطريقة قصدية تتراوح اعمارهم بين 45 الى 60 سنة من نساء ارامل في مرحلة سن اليأس واسفرت النتائج عن:
1- تتمثل مؤشرات الاغتراب النفسي لدى نساء ارامل في مرحلة سن الياس في (العزلة الاجتماعية، العجز، اللا معنى، فقدان الهدف).
2- تتحدد مؤشرات الاغتراب النفسي لدى نساء ارامل في مرحلة سن اليأس بالعزلة الاجتماعية في (الشعور بعدم الانتماء للتجمعات النسائية ذات المواضيع الخاصة، الشعور بالوحدة والضياع).
3- تتحدد مؤشرات الاغتراب النفسي لدى ارامل في مرحلة سن اليأس بالعجز في (مشاعر الخوف والقلق من ردود افعال الاخرين وعدم القدرة على تحمل المسؤولية).
4- تتحدد مؤشرات الاغتراب النفسي لدى ارامل في مرحلة سن اليأس بالا معنى في (فقد معنى الحياة، الشعور بالفراغ النفسي).
5- تتحدد مؤشرات الاغتراب النفسي لدى نساء ارامل في مرحلة سن اليأس بفقدان الهدف في (غياب الدافع والحافز للحياة، صعوبة تحديد الهدف).

Abstract:
This study aimed to identify indicators of psychological alienation among a sample of widowed postmenopausal women through a semi-structured interview and the Samira Hassan Al-Akbar Psychological Alienation Scale (1989). To achieve the objectives of this research، a case study approach was adopted. The study group consisted of two purposefully selected postmenopausal widows، aged between 45 and 60. The results revealed the following:
1. Indicators of psychological alienation among postmenopausal widows are represented by social isolation، helplessness، meaninglessness، and loss of purpose.
2. Indicators of psychological alienation among postmenopausal widows are determined by social isolation (feelings of not belonging to women's groups with specific issues، and feelings of loneliness and loss).
3. Indicators of psychological alienation among postmenopausal widows are determined by helplessness (feelings of fear and anxiety about the reactions of others and the inability to bear responsibility).
4- Indicators of psychological alienation among menopausal widows are defined as meaninglessness (loss of meaning in life، feeling of psychological emptiness).
5- Indicators of psychological alienation among menopausal widows are defined as loss of purpose (lack of motivation and drive for life، difficulty setting goals).
