Abstract
خلصت الدراسة التي قمنا بها ان مفهومي الاعلام والتنمية المجتمعية حضيا ببمالغ الاهتمام من قبل الباحثين والمؤسسات الدولية وهذا ما ادى الى التعدد في تعاريف المفهومين
والجزائر كباقي الدول, سعت الى وضع اطر تنظم النشاط الاعلامي , منظومة تشريعية وتنظيمية, تهدف الى الارتقاء بدور الاعلامي في مختلف المجالات التنموية ومن بينها التنمية المجتمعية وموضوع هذه الدراسة.
الا ان المنظومة الاعلامية في الجزائر ورغم تحقيقها لبعض المكتسبات الا انها تعرف انتكاسات, وهذا راجع الى غموض النصوص وتناقضها في بعض الاحيان اضافة الى الكادر البشري الذي شكل عائقا من حيث انه يفتقر للتكوين الجيد .
وفي الجهة المقابلة يعتبر التخلف في عديد المجالات الاجتماعية والسياسية والثقافية ...الخ,التحدي الاخطر لتفعيل دور الاعلام, ما يستدعي تبني عملية شاملة متعدد المداخل في جميع ميادين التنمية .
Our stydy concluded that concepts of medai and community développement have the interest of researchers and internationl institutions, which led to a multiplicité of the twaconcepts 'interprétations.
Algeria, like allo the countries, has endeavored to établis frameworks régulation media activity,a legislative and régulateur system aimed at enhancing the rôle of media in various developmental fiels, inclusions community développement and the subjectif of thaïsstory.
Howe ver, the mass médias system in Algeria, despote the achèvement of somme gains, but iteKnow the sébacés, and thaïs is due to the ambigüité of laws and contradictions in somme cases in addition to the bosses, which was an obstacle in that itelaks good training.
On the otcher hand, it is considered packard in many social, politiqua, cultural, fields, the most serious challenge toactivité the rôle of the media, which nécessitâtes the adoption of a compréhensive, multi-entey processus in all fields of développement.
