| dc.description.abstract | إن المنظومة القانونية التي قامت بها الدولة الجزائرية لتعزيز المكانة المهمة للبيئة، وذلك بغية الحماية القانونية للبيئة من كل ما يتهدد هذه الاخير من أخطار وأضرار ، وذلك من خلال الآليات القانونية ، سواء بالآليات الوقائية لحماية البيئة متمثلة في التدابير الإدارية الوقائية لحماية البيئة ، والهيئات الكفيلة بحماية البيئة ، كما شملت أيضا الآليات الردعية لحماية البيئة ، وذلك من خلال الجزاءات الإدارية والجزاءات القضائية لحماية البيئة. الكلمات المفتاحية : البيئة – الآليات – الآليات الوقائية – الآليات الردعية – الحماية – التدابير - الجزاءات Summary : The legal system carried out by the Algerian state to enhance the important position of the environment, in order to legally protect the environment from all the dangers and damages that threaten the latter, through legal mechanisms, both preventive mechanisms to protect the environment represented in preventive administrative measures to protect the environment, and the bodies guaranteeing the protection of the environment. It also included deterrent mechanisms to protect the environment, through administrative and judicial sanctions to protect the environment.
