Abstract

E-administration represents a fundamental shift in how public services are delivered in Algeria by adopting information and communication technology to improve the efficiency and transparency of governmental procedures. This strategy aims to facilitate citizens’ access to services, reduce corruption, and enhance interaction between the government and citizens. Key initiatives include providing online government services, such as document extraction and bill payments, and improving internal human resource management. Despite challenges related to infrastructure, awareness, and cybersecurity, e-administration promises to open new horizons for improving public service quality and strengthening trust between the state and the community.
