| dc.description.abstract | هذه الدراسة تحاول تسليط الضوء على العلاقة بين المكون المدني و المكون العسكري في السودان ، و كيف كان لهذه العلاقة و متغيراتها على النظام السياسي في السودان و على علاقات السودان و مكانته الدولية؟ . لقد أدت التقلبات التي عرفتها هذه العلاقة إلى آثار عميقة مازال السودان يعاني منها إلى اليوم ؛ الحرب في جنوب السودان ثم انفصاله ، أزمة دارفور ، العقوبات الدولية ، الثورة الشعبية و سقوط نظام البشير ، و في خضم كل هذه التغييرات ، عاش السودان تقلبات سياسية عاصفة ، بين حكم مدني ضعيف و حكم عسكري غير مستقر. Summary: This study attempts to shed light on the relationship between the civilian component and the military component in Sudan, and how did this relationship and its variables affect the political system in Sudan, Sudan's relations and its international standing?. The fluctuations in this relationship have led to profound effects that Sudan still suffers from today. The war in South Sudan and its secession, the Darfur crisis, international sanctions, the popular revolution and the fall of the Bashir regime, and in the midst of all these changes, Sudan experienced stormy political upheavals, between weak civilian rule and unstable military rule. | en_US |
