| dc.description.abstract | تميز مؤتمر الصومام بمعالجة قضايا الثورة التحريرية التي كانت غلى حين انعقاده تعتمد على المبادرات الفردية واجتهادات قادتها المدنيين فقط، فقد أعطى للثورة هيكلا تنظيميا شاملا في مختلف النواحي السياسية و العسكرية والاجتماعية، ورغم ذلك فلم يخلو من بعض النقائص والانتقادات بسبب عدم مشاركة بعض الأطراف الفاعلة لأسباب مختلفة مثل المنطقة الأولى والوفد الخارجي، والاختلاف حول مبدأين هما أولوية السياسي على العسكري، وأولوية الداخل على الخارج، الذي أدى إلى الصراع على السلطة فيما بعد، ورغم ذلك فإن جوانبه الإيجابية كثيرة فهو لأول مرة في التاريخ الحديث والمعاصر يكون قيادة واحدة، لها صلاحيات الحديث باسم الثورة، وباسم الجزائر بحدودها الحالية، وبه خرجت الجزائر ولو جزئيا من القيادات المفككة والمبعثرة. abstract Summary of the Fasting Conference and the organization of the revolution’s structures The Fasting Conference was distinguished by addressing the issues of the liberation revolution, which until its convening depended on individual initiatives and the efforts of its civilian leaders only. It gave the revolution a comprehensive organizational structure in various political, military and social aspects. Despite this, it was not devoid of some shortcomings and criticism due to the lack of participation of some active parties for various reasons. Such as the first region and the external delegation, and the disagreement over two principles: the priority of the political over the military, and the priority of the inside over the outside, which led to the struggle for power later. Despite this, its positive aspects are many, as it is for the first time in modern and contemporary history that there is a single leadership, with the powers to speak on behalf of the people. The revolution, in the name of Algeria with its current borders, and with it, Algeria emerged, even partially, from the disintegrated and scattered leadership. | |
