Abstract
تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى محاولة تسليط الضوء على مهام الأقطاب الجزائية المتخصصة في مكافحة الجريمة، وقد تناولنا فيها بالدراسة مفهوم الأقطاب الجزائية المتخصصة وطبيعتها القانونية، كيفية تأسيسها و اختصاصاتها، كما وضحنا طريقة عمل هذه الأقطاب من خلال إحالة الملف إليها سواء كيفية متابعة الجرائم أو التحقيق فيها، كما تطرقنا إلى معوقات عمل هذه الأقطاب، سواء المعوقات التشريعية، الإجرائية، المادية و التقنية و التي أعاقت عمل هذه الأقطاب.
Abstract:
This study aims to try to shed light on the tasks of the criminal poles specialized in combating crime, in which we studied the concept of specialized penalpoles and theirlegal nature, how to establishthem and theircompetencies.
We also explained the waythesepoleswork by referring the file to them, whether to follow up on crimes or investigatethem, we discussed as well the obstacles to the work of thesepoles, whetherit's the legislative, procedural, material and technical obstacles that hindered the work of thesepoles.
