| dc.description.abstract | الم ؤسساتالصغة والمتوسطة، فرص العمل، الشغيل ا، أكرم نور ترادينغ Abstract: This research aims to shed light on the role that small and medium enterprises play in mitigating unemployment rates through an in-depth examination of Akram Nor Trading Company in Bordj Bou Arreridj as a model of a local business that evolved from a humble beginning to a mediumsized operation by analyzing its various developmental stages and employment statistics. The study employed a descriptive analytical approach to depict and dissect the two prime variables in question, namely unemployment and small and medium enterprises, as well as a case study methodology founded on internal company data, statistics, and interviews with administrative staff.
