| dc.description.abstract | يتناول هذا البحث مساهمة المرأة الجزائرية في مؤسسة الوقف خلال العهد العثماني، مبرزًا دورها الاقتصادي والاجتماعي والديني داخل مجتمع عرف بطابعه التقليدي والمحافظ. وقد أظهرت الوثائق العدلية وسجلات الأوقاف أن النساء لم يكنّ مجرد مستفيدات من الأوقاف، بل كنّ أيضًا منشئات لها، وفاعلات في تسييرها واستثمارها، سواء في شكل أوقاف خيرية تخدم المجتمع، أو أوقاف أهلية تحافظ على ممتلكات العائلة. أبرز البحث أن مشاركة المرأة في نظام الوقف كانت انعكاسًا لمكانتها داخل المجتمع العثماني الجزائري، الذي منحها هامشًا من الحقوق في التملك والتصرف، بمرجعية دينية وقانونية. كما كشف عن أن الأوقاف النسوية لعبت دورًا مهمًا في تمويل التعليم، ورعاية الفئات المحتاجة، وإبراز الوعي الديني والاجتماعي للنساء في تلك المرحلة. الكلمات المفتاحية:الوقف، المرأة الجزائرية، الأوقاف الخيرية، مساهمة المرأة، الملكية العقارية. Abstract This research explores the contribution of Algerian women to the institution of waqf (Islamic endowment) during the Ottoman period, highlighting their economic, social, and religious roles within a traditionally conservative society. Judicial documents and waqf records reveal that women were not merely beneficiaries of waqf properties, but also founders and active managers of endowments. These included both charitable waqfs serving public welfare, and family waqfs aimed at preserving family wealth. The study shows that women’s participation in the waqf system reflected their recognized legal and social status in Ottoman Algerian society, where Islamic law granted them rights to own, manage, and endow property. Moreover, female endowments contributed significantly to the funding of education, the support of the poor, and demonstrated women’s religious consciousness and civic responsibility during this historical period.
