| dc.description.abstract | إنّ العالمَ اليومَ أصبح عبارةً عن مدينةٍ صغيرة نتيجةَ التّطوُّرِ العلمي والتّكنولوجي الهائل، والذي نجَم عنه العديدُ من المشاكلِ والظّواهر، ولعلّ أبرزَها ظاهرة الهجرة غير الشّرعية التي تعاني منها الدول، نظرا لخطورتها وأثارها السلبية على الفرد والمجتمع من ناحية وعلى العالم بأسره من جهة أخرى، ولهذا سعت هاته الدول إلى إيجاد حلول لهذه الظاهرة، ومن بينها الجزائر، التي قام المشرع بوضع آليات قانونية لمحاربة الهجرة غير الشرعية، من خلال القوانين الوقائية والردعية وكذا المصادقة على مجموعة الاتفاقيات في هذا المجال. الكلمات المفتاحية: الآليات القانونية؛ محاربة؛ الهجرة غير الشرعية؛ الاتفاقيات؛ المعاهدات. Summary of study Legal mechanisms to combat illegal immigration in Algeria The world today has become a small city as a result of the tremendous scientific and technological development, which has resulted in many problems and phenomena, perhaps the most prominent of which is the phenomenon of illegal immigration, which countries suffer from, given its danger and negative effects on the individual and society on the one hand, and on the whole world on the other hand. That is why these countries have sought to find solutions to this phenomenon, including Algeria, which the legislator has set up legal mechanisms to combat illegal immigration, through preventive and deterrent laws, as well as ratification of a set of agreements in this field.
