| dc.description.abstract | هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى الكشف عن صعوبات تطبيق التقويم التربوي في ظل التدريس بالمقاربة بالكفاءات من وجهة نظر أساتذة التعليم الابتدائي، ولتحقيق أهداف هذه الدراسة تم اعتماد المنهج الوصفي، وتم تطبيق استبيان مكون من 29 بندًا على عينة قصدية قوامها 70 أستاذا بابتدائيات بلدية برهوم بولاية المسيلة خلال السنة الدراسية 2023-2024. وقد أسفرت نتائج الدراسة على ما يلي: - كثافة البرامج الدراسية تعيق عملية التقويم التربوي في ظل التدريس بالمقاربة بالكفاءات بدرجة منخفضة. - نقص الوسائل التعليمية تعيق عملية التقويم التربوي في ظل التدريس بالمقاربة بالكفاءات بدرجة متوسطة. - الأساليب التقويمية تعيق عملية التقويم التربوي في ظل التدريس بالمقاربة بالكفاءات بدرجة كبيرة. الكلمات المفتاحية: صعوبات التقويم التربوي، المقاربة بالكفاءات، أساتذة التعليم الابتدائي Summary: The current study aimed to reveal the difficulties of applying educational evaluation in light of teaching with a competency approach from the point of view of primary education teachers, and this study was based on the descriptive approach, and a questionnaire consisting of 29 items was applied to an intentional sample of 70 teachers in the primary schools of Barhoum municipality in the state of M'sila during the academic year 2023-2024. The results of the study resulted in the following: - The intensity of study programs hinders the process of educational evaluation in light of teaching with a low degree of competency. - The lack of teaching aids hinders the process of educational evaluation in light of teaching with a medium competency approach. - Evaluation methods hinder the process of educational evaluation in light of teaching with a competency approach to a large degree.
