Abstract
Artificial intelligence has become the center of life and the means of daily
transactions, and it has imposed its control in all fields from medicine to
law, and despite all its unique subjective characteristics, it may cause
damage that requires protection, which has caused controversy about its
legal nature, as well as the responsibility that falls for its damages and
crimes. Through this study, we have concluded a number of results, the
most important of which is that artificial intelligence does not have a
moral personality, which leads to the difficulty of bearing civil and
criminal responsibility and reporting them on it, because it is still a means
that simulates a person and facilitates his life, and has not yet been
regulated by legislation.
